Below is an example of the Design Specification Documentation we can prepare for our Clients. For the Preliminary Design PHASE 01 of a project, we issue our documentation by 'Item Category' and by 'Master Format' for the Design Development PHASE 02 of the project. This approach allows us to easily provide and communicate only the relevant information necessary at each phase of the design process.
The Design Specification Documents we prepare for each project are considered 'active' documents and therefore are updated and revised frequently to reflect the current status of the project. Updates, revisions and project additions will be indicated with the appropriate date and time stamp.
