INTERACTIVE GANTT CHART
Here is an example of the Interactive Gantt Chart we include with the General Project Pages for our projects. This interactive chart is updated weekly so our Clients can see the progress being made across each phase, as many tasks overlap! Along with our Interactive Gantt Chart, we also email Project Status Updates highlighting what has been completed and what is in process of being completed.

We understand that time is a critical component of this project. We will always do our best to complete all services for you in a timely manner. To help ensure the timely execution and delivery of your project, we ask that you the Client, please provide us with all reasonably requested information, documentation and/or communication related to the project in a punctual fashion as to support the design work being performed.
Below is an example of the SpecBlocks Specification Documentation we can prepare for our Clients. The SpecLITE package is sorted via ‘Item Category’ and issued for the Preliminary Design PHASE 01 of a project, while the SpecFULL package is sorted via ‘Master Format’ and issued for the Design Development PHASE 02 of a project. This approach allows us to easily provide and communicate only the relevant information necessary at each phase of the design process.
The Design Specification Documents we prepare for each project are considered ‘active’ documents and therefore are updated and revised frequently to reflect the current status of the project. Updates, revisions and project additions will be indicated with the appropriate date and time stamp.
